We are pretty impatient around here so we want to kick start the summer adventures NOW! and to do exactly that, we have a challenge that is true to Beyond Fitness and our core values; Results, Adventure and Community.

We want to do something a little bit different but still inspire you to improve (or just mix up) your fitness and embrace some new activities. This can all be achieved in probably the most fun challenge of the year...THE RESULTS ADVENTURE COMMUNITY 12 WEEK CHALLENGE.  In a nutshell, we want to challenge you to...

  • Take control of your routines, mindset and nutrition to achieve RESULTS.
  • Experience some new activities, whilst out having an ADVENTURE.
  • Support and share your journey with the Beyond Fitness COMMUNITY.

The 12 WEEK CHALLENGE will include everything you need to successfully reach your nutrition, mindset and exercise goals. It will provide the opportunity for you to experience new adventurous activities in a controlled and supportive environment. You will be able to share and support others along your journey within the Beyond Fitness community.

THE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE COMES WITH IT’S VERY OWN eBOOK...

Stuff down on paper that has been tried and tested 100’s of times is super useful and is what gets the overall results if stuck to. The eBook is going to be a really good resource for you try different things and keep accountability to something set in stone. It includes a fortnightly nutrition plan and recipe guide (everyone’s worst nightmare but hugely effective) and two six-week training plans with exercise descriptions so you can train effectively at home (winning! something you can follow that has proven results time and time again).

    • Fortnight nutrition plan and recipe guide

LEVEL TWO   - 12 Week Challenge Boot Camp

  • Access to Beyond Fitness Boot Camps - Tuesday and Thursday ,morning boot camp (6am starts)
