Coralie

Trainer and head of getting things done

Trainer and head get things done lady.

Coralie fills her day at work making sure any new clients and customers are welcomed andl ooked after while she is also in charge of cracking the whip on those regular gym clients. Coralie takes Strength classes, Lunch express, Box fit and Women Lifting Heavy $h!t while also having a collection of one on one training clients.

If Coro is not at work you will find her doing one of three things: hanging with her dog Benson, playing with her granddaughter or tearing through the Redwoods on her mountain bike

Rob

Deliverer of the dark arts of fitness

Rob has a life long love of exercise and health having owned an operated his own gym for many years he now likes to spend as much time as he can at home with his young daughter. Rob has a background of mixed martial arts, functional fitness, kettlebell training, and yoga. Rob is able to bring many of these aspects to his class creating a unique workout each day with a twist.

Pilates Instructor and core crusher

Sam developed a love for Pilates after he felt the improvement of his movement and regain control of his lower back after numerous year of try various fixes. Now Sam is confident that movement and Pilates will help you enjoy a better healthier lifestyle. Sam take a very personal approach when instructing ensuring he can teach to the individual in the class while controlling the rhythm of the whole class.

Carla

Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist

Carla’s home roots are in Argentina, she has a love of health and wellness and brings this caring nature into her classes. Carla is drawn to pilates with her experience as a qualified physio therapist and having worked in healthcare she sees the benefits of how Pilates can improve function but also be gentle to help when you are not feeling at your best.
